In order to achieve the highest level of quality and effectiveness in the exercise of its duties and responsibilities, HSPPA has created a wide network of targeted collaborations with other entities, both domestic and international. HSPPA is one of the most important pillars in the field of public procurement in Greece, with a multi-level contribution, from the formation of the national strategy and policy, the coordination and the communication with the European Commission, to the day-to-day help to the contracting authorities, the streamlining of the PP procedures, the opinion-giving, and the auditing and monitoring of the field.

Among others and adding to the existing collaborations, HSPPA has signed a number of important memorandums of understanding, during the previous months, with the following entities:

- Ministry of Finance

- Ministry of Macedonia & Thrace

- Prefecture of Attica

- Municipality of Athens

- National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government

Furthermore, HSPPA has participated in the project «Smart Public Contract Register» of the European Commission (DG REGIO) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in cooperation with Open Contracting Partnership.
