The Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority (HSPPA) proudly announces that a Secure Anonymous Whistleblowing Platform is now fully functional on our website. With this initiative, HSPPA becomes the first public Authority in Greece which launches a Whistleblowing Platform.

The Platform has been developed in the framework of the European Program WIDELY EXPANDING ANONYMOUS TIPPING TECHNOLOGY DEPLOYMENT, OPERATION, AND TRUSTWORTHINESS TO COMBAT CORRUPTION IN EASTERN AND SOUTHERN EUROPE (EAT), with the support of Transparency International-Greece and the Hermes Center for Transparency and Human and Digital Rights, and it has been designed in conformity with EU and international good practices. It is user-friendly and it complies with the requirements of the Directive 2019/1937, the GDPR and other national and European personal data legislation and, thus, guarantees that third parties cannot access confidential complaints on the platform.
